terrible hotel terrible owner awfull service

In general: Where to start, this hotel should not be sold in uk travel agents it is dirty outdated not a 2 star and in many sites is sold as 3 star. The new owner mr Andras Czovek don't care about guests just for his pocket his answer to our questions was I don't care is what it is 2 star hotel so I went there on an all inclusive deal for 3 star hotel just to find was dirty infested with rats and cockroaches and so many other insects it had no restaurant or dining area so food was bought in with a normal car from god knows where food was always cold on what I tried as usually it looked terrible so I ended up eating out hygene was terrible on the ice cream freezer we found rubbish and our findings were that the hotel did not have licence to serve food in this hotel we did present the owner our findings and he did not try to prove us wrong I still have a copy of hotels licence I have plenty pictures and video to back up this claims. Location and surroundings: Kremasti is a beautiful village, but this hotel is in the back of the airports runway perfect for plain spoters this never bothered me tho, but still have to make this known I will go back to Kremasti again as I need to enjoy a holiday there as this time I was so stressed from the conditions of this hotel I did not enjoy my stay in Kremasti. Service: Well appart from the 3 greek staff there 2 barman George and Angelo and the night receptionist Anthony the rest of the staff hungarian staff was terrible they were rude abusive threatening and they told me that with my complains I did ruin their holidays now by this time I readit all Niki swore at guests she also threw our kids sweets in the rubbish, Alex was making faces behind us. Whatever was leftover was recycled as a different meal the next day we did order take away or eaten out all time I would avoid this at all costs even breakfast was awfull broken boiled eggs and burned croissants so many thinks to say what about the fish soup or whatever that was called fish was raw. Sports and leisure: Non existant in the hotel grounds the pool table wasn't functional, main bar was closed permenantly. Room: Terrible old stained matress toilet behind door meant I had to walk side ways if you in a hurry u stuffed there lol. In one room was no cold water so the couple was running bath 3 hours prior to washing. Useful tips: Best tip is never go there as you will regret the moment u clicked book many people was forced there by telling them the other hotel was overbooked.
